Training
Extenda can offer complete training packages for Extenda Retail with training conducted at Extenda’s facilities or onsite with the customer. We train the end-users, IT personnel as well as maintenance and service staff. The training program can be adapted to the specifications of the customer.

Installation and start-up support
For a smooth and timely installation in the store we offer pilot installation and start-up testing of all equipment. We can, of course, take care of the physical installation onsite and if required be available for support in connection with system start-up.

Documentation
Besides technical documentation in connection with product delivery, Extenda can also draw up user instructions and manuals according to the customer’s specifications.
