ICA is the market-leading food retailer in Sweden, with the vision “we make every day a little easier”.

ICA operates one of the largest Personal Shopping System (PSS) installation in the world. Employing the Extenda Retail Transaction Engine with a custom integration to ICA’s loyalty system, the integration can also be used in the PSS (as well as other self-service touch points). This enables updated personalized offers to be forwarded by the PSS, providing an accurate running total and a consistent experience throughout the shopping trip.
