Extenda OpenCommerce offers a single enterprise service for managing all sales transactions. Customers get consistent pricing across channels, transactions can flow, and be modified, between e-commerce and physical stores. It supports a broad range of retail use cases, including click-and-collect, virtual assortment, cross-channel promotions and cross-channel returns.

OpenCommerce makes the rich feature set of the Extenda Retail suite available over Restful API. It may be served by cloud infrastructure or implemented using a distributed architecture for offline support.
